Yes, you will be given the option to list your spouse or partner during the checkout process. In the payment section, you will see an optional box to add your spouse or partner鈥檚 name to the gift.

You may create recurring, automatic gifts for one or multiple funds using various forms of payment. To create a recurring donation, select the 鈥淩ecurring Donation鈥� option button after adding that specific donation to your gift basket. Please note that if you select a recurring donation option, you will be required to create an 性视界传媒Link account.

Yes, you may make an anonymous gift. Please note, you will need to provide your personal information in order for us to provide a receipt for your gift. However, your gift will be acknowledged as anonymous.

On the checkout page, under 鈥淵our Gift Basket,鈥� you will see a checkbox with the option to make your gift anonymous.

Yes, you may make a gift as a tribute to someone special during the checkout process. Under the 鈥淵our Gift Basket鈥� section on the checkout page, use the "Tribute Type" dropdown to select either 鈥淭ribute鈥� or 鈥淚n Memory.鈥� You will be asked to enter details about the type of gift and the name of the person you are recognizing.

For gifts made in honor of someone, you will be asked to enter address information to notify them of your gift.

Yes, with matching gifts, it is possible to double or even triple your gift! Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match most charitable contributions made by their employees. Some companies even match gifts made by retirees and spouses, or award money to Arizona State University for volunteer hours. During the checkout process, you will see a checkbox asking if your company will match your donation. Search for your company in our matching gift database. Learn more.

TA gift allocation code allows you to redeem funds with a specific monetary value. This code is found on a gift certificate (if you received one). During the checkout process, you may enter the code on the checkout page in the 鈥淕ift Allocation Code鈥� section. If you do not have a gift certificate, please leave the field blank during checkout.

You may enter the gift code during the checkout process in the 鈥淕ift Allocation Code鈥� section.

To find your tax receipt for an online transaction, click the person icon in the top right corner. Once you log in 性视界传媒Link, go to the Recent Giving History page where you will be able to view your tax receipts.

There are two options for forgotten password assistance:

• If you normally log in with your ASURITE credentials, click the 鈥淔orgot ID / Password鈥� link on the login screen and follow the instructions.
• If you normally log in with a non- 性视界传媒email address, click the 鈥淔orgot your password?鈥� link on the login screen and follow the instructions.

Our new giving site is hosted on a new platform, 性视界传媒Link, and requires a new password. You may reuse your existing username and password credentials if you would like, but you will need to create a new password. If you used your asu.edu email address on the 性视界传媒Foundation site, log in to 性视界传媒Link using the ASURITE option.

If you are affiliated with 性视界传媒and have ASURITE credentials, please create your account by following these steps:

• Click the 鈥淟ogin with ASURITE鈥� button on the 性视界传媒Link login page.
• Enter your ASURITE User ID and Password, then click the 鈥淪ign In鈥� button on the ASURITE Sign In page.

If you are creating an account with an email address:

• Click the 鈥淐reate Account鈥� button on the 性视界传媒Link login page.
• Enter your information in all fields on the Create Your Account screen, then click the 鈥淪ubmit鈥� button.
• You will be redirected to the 性视界传媒Link login page. You will see a message that you need to confirm your account.
• Go to your email inbox and open the email with the subject line, 鈥淲elcome to the 性视界传媒community.鈥�
• Click the 鈥淰erify My Email鈥� link to verify your email address and activate your account.
• After clicking the 鈥淰erify My Email鈥� link, a new browser tab will open that shows the message, 鈥淐urrent status is CONFIRMED.鈥� Close the new browser tab.
• Click the 鈥淟ogin with Email鈥� button on the 性视界传媒Link login page.
• Enter your email and password, then click the 鈥淪ign In鈥� button on the Sign In page.
• You are now logged in to 性视界传媒Link.

If you already have a login with 性视界传媒Foundation at asufoundation.org:

• Click the 鈥淟ogin with Email鈥� button on the 性视界传媒Link login page.
• Click the 鈥淔orgot Your Password?鈥� link on the Sign In page.
• Enter your email address (or the username associated with your 性视界传媒Foundation account), then click the 鈥淪ubmit鈥� button on the Reset Your Password page.
• Check your email inbox for an email with the subject line, 鈥淵our verification code.鈥�
• Enter the password reset code and your new password, then click the 鈥淐hange Password鈥� button.
• Enter your email and password and click the 鈥淪ign In鈥� button on the Sign In page.

If you are logging in with an email address:

• Open the Duo Mobile app and confirm that you are logging in.
• After confirmation, you will be logged in to 性视界传媒Link.

Choose one of the following options for assistance with your ASURITE User ID or password:

You can navigate 性视界传媒Link by using the left navigation menu or by using the 性视界传媒Link icon. Hover your mouse over the 性视界传媒Link icon to see menu options and choose what pages you want to explore in ASU Link.

To find a fund, you can type a fund name or cause in the search bar at the upper right of the webpage. You can also use the dashboard page to select from the fund or funds you most recently gave to. 性视界传媒Link makes it possible to select and make gifts to multiple funds.

• Go to the Account settings page in the Profile section.
• Click the Contact Information dropdown arrow.
• If you want to add a new email address, click the 鈥淎dd New Email鈥� link.
• If you want to add a new phone number, click the 鈥淎dd New Phone鈥� link.

• On the Pledges page in the Gifts section, choose an existing pledge and click the Edit button.
• On the Edit Recurring Gift page, change enter a New Gift Amount, Frequency and/or End Date as desired.

• Log into your 性视界传媒Link account.
• On the Pledges page in the Gifts section, choose an existing pledge and click the Edit button.
• On the Edit Recurring Gift page, enter the date when you want your recurring gift to stop in the Repeat Until field.

If you want to change your preferred name:

• Go to the Account Settings page in the Profile section.
• Click the Personal Information dropdown arrow.
• Click the Edit link to enter a preferred name.

If you want to change your legal name, email donor.relations@asufoundation.org for assistance.

If you want to change your address:

• Go to the Account Settings page in the Profile section.
• Click the Address dropdown arrow.
• Click the Edit link to add a new mailing address.

You can add or edit your credit card or bank account information by going to the Payment Information page in the Profile section. To add a credit card or bank account, click on the 鈥淎dd New Bank or Card鈥� button to begin the process.

Adding a bank account gives you the option to submit payment for a gift by bank transfer (ACH). There are two methods to add and verify your bank accounts.

One method is to link with your financial institution. You can link an account instantly with approximately 5,000 financial institutions鈥攔epresenting more than 90 percent of bank accounts in the US.

The second method is to enter bank details manually. Through this method you use a highly secure process to enter your bank account details, then 1 -2 days later verify the transaction by confirming a micro-deposit to your account. After you verify the micro-deposit, the payment is completed and funds are debited from your account. To use this method, follow these steps:

Step 1: Select the 鈥淎dd US Bank Account鈥� option. Then select the link 鈥淓nter bank details manually instead鈥�. Enter the routing number and the account number of your bank account.

Step 2: Watch your inbox for an email to arrive 1 鈥� 2 days later with the subject line, 鈥淰erify your bank account for 性视界传媒Foundation鈥�. This email includes a 鈥淰erify deposit鈥� link and lets you know the micro-deposit has been made to your account.

Step 3: Access your bank account online (as you normally do) and find a deposit in the amount of $0.01 from 性视界传媒Foundation. In the memo/description line, look for the SM code. The code will start with 鈥淪M鈥� and will be followed by four characters. Note: the four characters could be a combination of numbers and letters.

Step 4: Return to the 鈥淰erify your bank account for 性视界传媒Foundation鈥� email. Click on the 鈥淰erify deposit鈥� link in the email. Enter the SM code and click on the Verify button. If you have entered the SM code correctly you will see the message, 鈥淭hanks for your payment鈥�.

• On the page that displays the endowment report, click the Download icon to the upper right of the report.
• Print the downloaded document.

• On the Endowment page in the Gifts section, click the View button under My Reports.
• On the My Reports page, select the fiscal year endowment impact statement you want to see.
• On the page that displays the endowment impact statement, click the Download icon to the upper right of the statement.
• Print the downloaded document.

Updates to the Recent Giving History page do not occur in real-time. Your online gift will appear on the Recent Giving History page in approximately two business days.

Gifts made to 性视界传媒by your company or organization do not appear in 性视界传媒Link. Also, matching gifts issued directly by an employer do not currently appear in 性视界传媒Link鈥檚 giving history. Contact Donor Relations at donor.relations@asufoundation.org or call 480-965-2735 for assistance.

You have two options for viewing a list of your gifts for a calendar year: an Annual Gift Receipt and a Giving Statement.

• On the Recent Giving History page in the Gifts section, click the year of the giving history you want to see.
• Click either the 鈥淎nnual Gift Receipt鈥� or the 鈥淕iving Statement鈥� View button.
• On the document page, click the Download icon to the upper right of the document to download a PDF.
• Print the downloaded document.

The Annual Gift Receipt shows a list of gifts made to 性视界传媒during a calendar year that qualify for a gift receipt and may be considered tax deductible.

The Giving Statement shows a list of gifts made to 性视界传媒during a calendar year that may or may not be considered tax deductible. For example, an athletics seat contribution that is not considered to be tax-deductible by the IRS will appear on a donor鈥檚 Giving Statement.

The following transaction types do not qualify for a gift receipt and will be excluded from the Annual Gift Receipt in 性视界传媒Link:

• Soft Credits/Recognition Credits
• Matching Gifts
• Sun Devil Athletics Seat Portion Contributions
• Pledges without financial activity
• Grants without financial activity

Gifts made through a Donor Advised Fund may or may not appear on the Annual Gift Receipt.

Also, gifts of securities do not appear on the Annual Gift Receipt in 性视界传媒Link. To request an official gift receipt for Securities gifts, please contact 性视界传媒Foundation Donor Relations at donor.relations@asufoundation.org or call 480-965-2735.

Please consult with your tax adviser regarding the deductibility of your charitable contribution.
